Dear Friends, Patrons, Guests, Suppliers, Staff, Management, and Well Wishers of the Beach,
As many of you may have heard the various rumors about "the beach" and its impending closure, I wish to set the record straight and formally notify you of the status of the business moving forward.
As we have not been able to renegotiate an acceptable lease renewal we will in fact be leaving "the beach" premises and closing the business. We have been informed that the landlords have new tenants who in theory will take occupancy at the end of our lease term, which is December 31st, 2010. There is a possibility that our departure may take place before that date however, that is still unknown at this time; we shall certainly keep all informed as we get more definitive information.
We regret to have to inform you of this course of action and we are sorry that we will no longer be able to serve you. We thank you all for all of your support and loyalty over the past 10 years and hope that we can continue to be there for you at our other locations Pizzas in Paradise, Big Banana 17 61 at the airport. Big Banana Group continues to be a dynamic and entrepreneurial company and we are always on the lookout for new opportunities; we trust that it will not be long before we are inviting you to something new and exciting!
